FINALLY got this finished! 
only downside is that the scanner was too damn stubborn and wouldn't include the whole picture! It kept trimming the edge and erasing my gore. ):< All you see is a muzzle flash in that guy's face now, and not his head exploding.
Ah well. I gotta learn to draw myself borders to prevent this sort of problem.
Anyway, I'm rather proud of this one.

Yup, thats why I just bought myself a new scanner, this just happened to me, too!
Really great! I think it would really pop if you paid more attention to whats in the foreground, midground, and background by using different line thicknesses and textures. For example, the foreground is quite busy, and making the background a little less so (even if you used light crosshatching, like you did for the inside of the train, it would look great) I really love your pen-work on this! Especially those even floor tiles, my gosh, i can never get my lines that even, haha.
